Can I take action against co operative housing society

Can I take action against my building society secretary or chairman for not providing me building documents like OC , CC and society registration Certificate even after giving them written application 12 days back. What should I do as per Society Rules Rules??
Yes, you can send the society a legal notice to the said co-operative society, if the said notice is not complied with then you can file a complaint in the consumer forum against the said co-operative society.

You can make a complaint to Registrar.. The Registrar will send a show cause notice to Chairman and Secretary of your society..
Follow up at Registrar office should be carried out from time to time.
Can be done by urself without any help of professional.
