Can I sell gems there is no injection order from the court

movable item like gems can be sold if it is pending in district court and yes it really belong to us if so how. note: there is no injection order from court.

If the gems are related to the on-going case that’s pending in the court then ideally they should be in the custody of the court. If there is no injunction order passed by the court but the gems are in knowledge off the court then it is advisable to you to not sell the gems without the courts permission.
