Is there any problem by running PG paying guest hostel without permission in Taluka place for women
Running a paying guest accommodation requires the owner to statutorily apply and obtain a Health Trade Licence under Schedule 10 of the Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act 1976 from the jurisdictional Health Officer. Otherwise, it is required by the propreitors of the Hostel to take the permission of the Nagar palike in your area.
