Can i get khata transfer to legal heirs name

Sir, we are muslims : my father expired he has one property in bangalore his legal heirs are one wife three sons and four daughters, they all are nominate one son as power of attorney to maintain the property note: let me know that the khata should transfer in the name of all legal heirs or it can be transfer in the name of power of attorney.what is the procedure,please reply me regards mushthaque

Since your father expired without any will. It can be said that you father has died intestate. So the property which stands in your father name will be succeeded by all of you his legal heirs i.e., you and your brother & sisters, mother. Accordingly by giving 'No-Objection' affidavit by all of you in favour of your power of attorney, the Khata can be transferred to your POA holder.

in that GPA what purposes they given to appointed Holder if particular purposes mean Katha has to take in the name of GPA holder only
