No, I M INDIAN AND MY WIFE IS NEPALI CITIZEN, MY SON IS BORN IN NEPAL 14 OCT 2015, I WANT BIRTH CERTIFICATE IN INDIA. you cannot have a birth certificate from india if you are not born here. but you can apply for Indian citizenship
