Can I apply for OBC certificate if I earn 8.5 lakhs

Good morning sir I have query related to non creamy layer OBC certificate I am working in Private sector earning 8.5 lakhs per annum , I want to apply for OBC caste certificate...Could you please tell whether my income is considered for non creamy layer OBC certificate or my parents income
Please refer to the Notification No. - F.28(93)/91-92/SCST /P&S/4385-95 dated 20-01-1995 of Govt. of NCT of Delhi, wherein 53 Castes have been notified as Other Backward Castes (OBCs).
If you fall within such category then you will be eligible for said certificate
If you fall within such category then you will be eligible for said certificate
