can i add my wife as a co-owner in a property for which the agreement to sell was executed in only my name and the sale deed is yet to be executed
Yes. During the execution of the Sale Deed, it is open to the parties to include an additional name particularly if it is of the spouse, provided the recitals are appropriately worded and taken care of.
