Can child have surname of mother after parent's divorce

Hello, I want to know is it possible to have name of child + middle name as Mothers name +Mothers Surname. As i am divorced and the custody of my child is with me i want his birth certificate should have middle name as mothers name.
If ur divorce decree papers are genuine then yes ofcourse u can go ahead with ur name & surname with ur child's name with the permission of your concerned authority & 1st class magistrate b4 attaing age of 18 of ur child.
