Can brother get documents of sister's marriage from Arya Samaj Mandir?

My sister done court marriage from ARYA SAMAJ, Kanpur, can i get details about her marriage who were present with evidence of photos and documents. Is it possible any how please answer asap. Being as her younger brother, may i ask for all details or my parents should approach to get details

arya samaj is a public sector by law you can not compel to arya samaj mandir show document to you if your sis registered her marrige in concern registar then you can get the document which you think all is possible
