Can i widow take pension if she remarries
No, IF SHE has LEGALLY MARRIED another person after the death she is not entitled to the pension of her deceased husband. As NOW SHE IS DEPENDed ON THAT PERSON SO GOVT CAN NOT GiVE her the PENsION rights . SHE is not entitled for any pension now
