Can a 18 year old boy marry a 21 year old girl

I am 19 yrs old Hindu boy and loves a hindu girl who is 21 yrs old then may we marry each other or may she allowed to live with my family because her family is forcing her to marry someone else
Prohibition of Child Marriage Act states that a girl in India can't marry before the age of 18, and a boy before 21.
Therefore, you cant marry at this age.
Secondly, if the girl start living with you, the same shall be illegal.
