Dear Sir/ Madam. I Shaikh Ahmed, Age 19, Starting a mini organization named 'Technikein' a electronic based , I, my brother & my friends are working as partners. This business will be operated from my home. So what registration in need to do to form a legal entity. Points Shop Act TAX GST
You need to apply for Shop & Establishment License. But the moment you take this license, authorities will consider your residence as commercial premises and your charges for water tax, property tax and electricity will increase. So you need to keep in mind this fact. If you are forming partnership firm, then you will also require to obtain PAN card in the name of Partnership Firm. For registration under taxation laws you can consult CA for the same.
