Are electronic /digital signatures acceptable in Courts

Can i electronically/digitally signed my written statement /reply of 125 petition or any other documents which requires my signature and take print out and submit in court.
earlier the situation was that the digital evidences are not admissible in the court but now they are admissible and in your case you can file your case signed digitally because the information and technology act 2000 clearly recognises the digital signature, and the same cannot be given twice or multiple times to any person it is unique and single.
