All educational certificate have name of grandfather instead of father

In all my educational certificates, in place of father's name there is name of my maternal grandfathers and in my passport my father's name is there. Will it cause any trouble as i am planning to visit abroad? If yes, how can i get it all changed?
Yes it may be a cause for concern as every country follows different protocols in this regard. You may approach the embassy of the country you wish to travel to and have the documentation approved. If the papers need to be corrected then you will need to approach the authority that had issued the certificate/marksheet in the first place and require them to issue a corrected certificate/marksheet.
