After gazette notification school board denying to add surname

10-Feb-2023 (In Documentation Law)
My surname wasn't added in my 10th and 12th marksheet and certificates. Now i got the notification published in the Maharashtra Gazette, still they are denying to add my surname. What is the procedure to get my surname added?

Please Clarify the Problem. If your surname wasn't added then at that time itself you were supposed to get it rectified by filing any prescribed application for that purpose. You've said that you got the notification issued in the Maharashtra gazette (for change of name as assumed) then it is your new name, why do you want to have an effect on a certificate which is old and contains your name, at that time. Please Clarify these things for a good answer.

Once you have made gazette n submitted applications to school board it's duty of school board to change the name instead of old and issue new updated certificate.
If board is not responding you may ask the current status bysubmitting application under RTI Act to the board
