You should write the name of your biological late father's name in that place. Your aunt has adopted you at that point thinking about your future and security, she is your mother too, you write your biological father's name.

In terms of Hindu Adoption and maintenance Act 1956 ( as amended up to date) , you may use the name of the adopted family but in this case you have to get all your school and other certificate corrected prior to using of the same in terms of the law. Though it is not mandatory for adoption of any child through registered document i.e. deed of adoption , but now a days we are advising to our client for getting the same done to avoid future complication.
In your case you may seek advise from your local counsel at your place in case you have decided to use the name of the adopted father otherwise you may use the name of your father whose name is appearing in your school without any hesitation.
