Wife went to get parents home now not willing to return back

Sir my wife went for 1 day program in her parents house but she will not come so I will call her where is she . as we have a nine months baby . but she did not pick the call . so I called his uncle to confirm and asked her to take care of baby she starts fighting with me and said she will not come ever and disconnect the call after that his uncle pick the call and said she will not come we did not went her back . I tried so many calls where is issue but her number is switched off I called her father several times but he did not respond the call. Her elder sister also concerned with a divorce case Plz suggest what should I do

You should file petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act before your local court against your wife and her parents by mentioning therein that you want to keep and maintain your wife but her parents instigating her for the reasons being ur matrimonial life is being spoiled.
