Wife Wants Divorce. I do not want divorce. Please guide me legally.

Me and my wife both working employee. My wife salary more then me. But now she wants divorced if I not leave my mother who is widow . In divorce she wants to claim marriage expenses from me. I don't want divorce kindly give me legal advice as I am in very much depression
You must contest the divorce petition by stating that you also bear marriage expenses and also maintaining the matrimonial relation from you pocket. Also, she is having more salary than you so you can claim maintainace from her if the need arises. Rest guidance by call.

If she wants divorce and you are not ready than she has to file divorce petition against you, and you will have to contest the same by denying her allegations. If she is earning than she can not claim maintenance amount from. If u r living within Distt. Patiala or Mohali than u can contact me.
