Wife wants divorce but i want to stay with her what to do

Sir we got married since past 2 years, she discontinued her study and got married to me, but by false bad alligation but I love her yet and don't want to get separated from her
Did she file any divorce case against you then you have to attend the case and can express your interest to continue your relation with her before the court you can file RCR for that. One can't force to his spouse to live with him even though you are married if she is not interested to live with you means you can't compel her besides this it is your wish how you want to carry this matter. Consult your advocate for further guidance.

Information given by you is insufficient give correct advise. Reasons for demanding Divorce by your has to be stated. However if is not staying with you and if both of are Hindus by religion , you can seek restitution of conjugal rights. Otherwise you can contest the divorce the petition if filed by your wife.
