Me and my family have been facing domestic violence on the hands of from our wife. My wife trouble me and my mother a lot. What action can we take against her?

Either you can file mental harassment case n seek divorce or give complaint in writing to nearby police station n seek acknowledgment.
You can also issue a legal notice priorly for her such acts an warn her about further process.

You must file police complaint in writing to the local police and if still no action you can issue legal notice and sue/prosecute her before court of law. Your mother can also initiate criminal prosecution under domestic violence act against her wherein she can seek and pray all the relifs which you are on need of.
