Wife treating us with mental torture what rights do we have

Dear Sir, I was married on 19th feb 2006. I have 2 kid, 2.5yrs & 4.5yrs, elder is daughter & younger is son. I had bought 1 site in joint name & 1 in wife's name. I built home on the site which is in wife's name by taking hand loan. As I couldnot repay, I sold the joint property & the amount was transfered to wife's account. now she claims that the money & house belongs to her. I am staying away since 2 yrs as there is lot of mental torture by her & I hv been denied of conjugal rights. . kindly help me. I stay in bangalore. regards, madan
