Wife threatening to file false case if I file for divorce

i was forcefully got married to my wife she tortured me lot in my work place on the road and also gave complaint unessecarily made me get beatings there so i got married to her and nt more than 2 months she was with me she comes home fights with my mom and go back this is what is happening since 6 years and also i have a girl baby who is of 3 nd half years old i dnt wnt her in my life i want a divorce from her but she keeps threatning me hat she will give owry case kindly help me what should i do
That's a normal phenomenon now days , and practical aspect of misuse of laws , but u have to accept it , she can file complaint no one can stop it but you can be saved when you are innocent and know how to prove it so , hence it would be better take remedy in case nothing work out in between couple , in case you can approach us .

First file a petition for divorce, if she files any complaints defend it stoutly.
