The point here is as to why does she want to commit suicide if she is happily married to you with a child. Please ask her as to what is troubling her. Help her to come to a conclusion which brings peace to you and her or if nothing works out then please visit marriage counsellors so that they help you and your wife to come down to a conclusion.

Firstly you can intimate the local police and inform about the same so that in future God forbid if she commits suicide you are not blamed.
Secondly you can also file a divorce on this ground it comes under the ground of cruelty only if you don't want to continue with the marriage.

HellI sir, read your query, as you know Indian law favors women much more than men.
If she commits suicide or may file a false complaint then you can only be defensive. But if we file a complaint before ps and other authorities then you may be safe from her illegal action.
Now you are staying with her?
Whether filed any complaint.?
It's better if we fix a meeting and further if you want to file a complaint then we can assist you in filing and drafting the same.
For more information and consultation you mat contact us.
Thanks

Hi, during modern times there are many cases happening of such nature and innocent people are feeling helpless. But you need not to loose heart and use your mind to take the things in your favour. You are required to meet the advocate in person and decide the strategy for your future action. Thanks
