Wife threatening to commit suicide how can I protect myself

How can a Husband get divorce - if wife is threatening to commit suicide along with kids.Husband already has a case registered against him for hitting his wife once.

Your information is not complete. How old are u and how many years have passed after the said marriage ? What is the reason for ur misunderstanding between u and wife ? Why did you hit her and how severe was the injury caused to her ? If she really commits suicide then you may come in trouble ? Is she mentally disturbed or has any mental problem ? You will have to take her to treat if she has so . The said certificate / treatment may help u . It depends upon u r not really responsible for it.
