Wife separated after filing 498A and DP act against me

My wife has filed a 498 A along with DP 3 & 4. She did this after moving to a separate house. Now my question is will she comeback using Domestic Violence Act. Can I vacate that house or should I wait till the trial starts. I have been paying the rent or will she make a forced entry into my parents house. Religion - Hindu
I suggest you to retain the rented house as of now till the trail of 498A case and till further steps taken by your wife. Thereafter depending on the situation you can vacate your rented house. simultaneously you can file a divorce petition before the family court.
