Wife sent divorce notice from maternal home after abortion

sir/ madem this is ninth month from my wife went thereby 4month of pregnancy aborted this is third abortion going on we are in good life now she dont want to be by the family advice they sent mutual notice me dont want to be divorce reason of abortion. To talk without parents support .my notice result on abortion hindu, panicker,kerala (wife) hindu,panicker,tamilnadu(husband) same caste ,religion married by arranged in temple got married certificate married on october 26.

In case, if you are consent to divorce, both of you can jointly file the petition for divorce on mutual consent. If you are not willing to giving divorce, issue a legal notice to her and ask her to come and join with you to lead the marital life.
