I have made a registered marriage with a Oriya girl on Aug 2014 without my parents knowledge. After that she went to prison and I got a job in public sector bank. Later we had disputes and I fell in love with my colleague. I asked divorce from my wife as we are anyway living separate. And I gave her all the proof of me and my colleague in love like travel tickets. Hotel stay etc. So that she hates me and give divorce. Now she has sent legal notice to me and my colleague . Conjugal life fr me and a warning letter fr her . And threatens that she will file a fir against me and my colleague.help??
Why did you live separately leaving your wife?
you said that after marriage she went to prison, what do you men by that?
If that is the case when did return from prison?
Are you both staying in two different cities?
How could you pick up quarrels when you both are staying part from the day one of your marriage?
All my questions would irritating you but when you pt vague questions without furnishing even the basic details, will it not amount to a misguiding reply?
Without divorcing her, you cannot marry another female, if you are in relationship with another girl during the subsistence of your marriage, this can be treated as an ct of adultery.
If you want to divorce your wife, if she is not willing for mutual consent, you may file a contested divorce and then plan to marry this girl.
