Wife restricting me to meet my child post divorce

12-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
i & my wife are going for Mutual divorce but she is insisting me to sign divorce papers without access of my child as condition which I am not agreeing. Also she is not allowing me to meet with my son child during lifetime. She may file 498A or DV false Cases in order to force me to sign Mutual divorce with condition of not access to child. Please advice. suppose if I sign divorce papers with condition of not access of child then can i later after divorce request to court to grant me child visitation rights. Further I sign divorce papers mentioning silent on child access then can i after divorce make request to court for child access.

Sir
It is advisable to meet a lawyer and discuss in detail. Don't sign mutual consent divorce under threats and giving away child access.Even when you remain silent on custody and access in the Mutual consent divorce petition, Court will ask questions pertaining to it. check www.divorcewhammy.com

Dear. Client,
You haven't mentioned about your date of marriage, religion, jurisdiction, etc .Please clarify that first. You can remain silent about access and then also ask for access later however in case of mentioning the same in the consent terms, the same shall be binding on you.
