Wife remarry but not ready for divorce what to do

I was married on July 2011 home marrage.after 5 days she returned back to her home along with her parents with all the jewellers and clothes .now she is not coming back and her father is asking for 5 lac and blackmailing for 498. After 3 year I knew that she after remarry in other town and has a one baby .I have no legal prove of remarry .she is not ready for divorce. I have done bidagri case and court decision in my favour . What should be do for divorce . I don't want to give alimony
Since u have a decree regarding restitution of conjugal right.. U just need to file divorce on the ground of desertion and there is no alimony being rewarded if divorce is granted on the basis if desertion.
