26-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
my wife run away at midnight with somebody now she came after 9 months and she is saying that she want half property. my she is saying that she will do daahej utpidan what should I do In such case?
You should file a case for divorce on ground of desertation, it may be a efective strategy may so lead u into some type of settlement. Also u should provide attendance and take caveat if she file a case at dcw
Did you file Any police complaint? See if you can prove that you wife ran away with someone then you can file a divorce case on the ground of adultery. You won't be liable to give any share of property.
You have not disclosed your story properly like what you did when she left you .
IF you did not take any action or made any complaint against her than immidiately file a informative petition with all fact before the court so that you can take advantage when she file any case against you .
Rest course of action will be informed after meeting.
Thanks and regards
