Wife playing double game asking for money outside court

Having 9 yrs divorce case in rajkot court. Infront of court she says she want to come home n outside she ask 10 lakh rupes for settlement.

Sir pls kindly send proper details for to get study your case whether you got divorce or she is asking for divorce n why she is asking for maintainnace and it was life time or anything else so forward the same

Would need more details to reply accurately. I assume you have filed for divorce and if you are ready to pay a lumpsum amount it can be discussed through your advocate or marriage counsellor or can be referred for Judge mediation where there could be settled.You should discuss in detail with your advocate or take second opinion.

It's depends upon what you want, if you want emicable settlement then consider her proposal , negotiate with her alternatively put ur wife demands and ur proposal for that demands in writing ,so that everything is in Black and white on records of Court then she will not be able to play around

Hi what she wants that is not important. What you want that is important. If you want divorce from her and get rid of from other civil or criminal cases than settle the matter. And if if you want to take her home tell court that you want to take her home if she will to come it is good And if not then she deny a
