Wife not willing to stay together what action can I take

I got married on Jan 20th 2016. It was a love cum arranged. My wife lives in a different city. Plan is to come down to my city in a month or two after serving notice period in the company where she works. We had some on going small tiffs here and there before the wedding. However; Our communication gradually reduced. On 27th May, she called me and said that she doesn't like to live with me and not willing to go through the legal procedures of divorce/annulment and not try to reach me at all hence then. what category of situation does this fall under?

It is sad that yours is a love marriage but still you are not able to reconcile your differences. There are two options for you in the event if you want to live with your wife then you can file Restitution of conjugal rights, however, if you don't want to live with her then you can seek annulment of marriage. After 1 year you can also file a petition for divorce under cruelty.

It's unfortunate , however you can seek legal remedy to get her back by order of the court through RCR , and there has to be legal format and order for any separation or divorce or your future would be destroyed , she can come back any time in your life and claim maintainance , property holding , can file criminal case against you for getting married to anther women ,hence better you consult a lawyer who can handle efficiently your case , as any mistake here by you or your lawyer will hurt you long , you may consult us for all legal assistance .Office :- dr pankaj kumar , advocate
