Wife not willing for give divorce how can I proceed

2.5 year of our marriage we never live together only occasionally we meet. I don't want to live with het. She threatening me to send me jail by imposing dowry and home violence case. Please help me i can't live with her
Dear friend as per your question and according to situation you file a application under section 9 hindu marriage act 1955 before family court this is the way of legally divorce solution and security of dowry case
