Wife not taking case back giving false affidavit

My divorce was grant on sep 2016 & my wife say in affidavit return all cases under section (498 & 128) but she do not return any case now. I have paid one time alimony but such case under section 128 also not return. Please advice me.
IF YOUR WIFE HAS GAVE AFFIDAVIT IN COURT N NOT ACTED AS PER TERMS N CONDITIONS YOU CAN FILE CONTEMPT PETITION AGAINST HER AS WELL AS YOU CAN GET THE CERTIFIED COPY OF THE AFFIDAVIT N SUBMIT IT COURTS WHERE CASES ARE PENDING...NEED NOT WORRY
