Wife not staying together nor giving divorce and sold properties

We are Hindu. My wife vacated the house and took all items (movable, immovable and fixed assets)and sold all the properties registered on her name after marriage and having two children and both are less than 9 years. visiting rights given to her. Now she wants to claim them as her own properties earned after our marriage and given 70% of the amount I have given her as cash/online transfer during the purchase. she is enjoying the rent too. Filed conjugal rights but no movement on that case. Need your advice on properties/gold/all items she took while vacating without info.
