Merit patni do din ke liye apne ghar gai thi. Par jab me do din bad use lene gaya to usne mana kar diya. Use ab gaye huwe 4 mahine ho gaye hai. Me talak ke liye kab apply kar sakta hu. Abhi ya fir uske jane ke time se 6 mahine ke bad. Muje talak lene me kese aasani rahengi Religion hindu
Sir ek saal baad agar petition file karte he to divorce ke lige other grounds ke saath ye bhi add ho jayega.baaki to judicial sepration ki decree mil sakti he baaki agar direct divorce ka case file karenge to wife ap ke khilaaf kai case kar degi
