Wife not ready for divorce how can I go forward

How can I get divorce here. Our biggest worry is, if I initiate divorce from my side, they will file false dowry charges against us. Also the other domestic violence and exploitation charges where we all get detained by police. Also such legal battle take years to come to an end. I am a person who do a small job in a private company & due to this police arrest ect I may lose my job. Please suggest how to divorce in such situations where other party and threatened us to don't take this step. They will file false charges against us.
Dear client though they file you a complaint and dv case on u it means does not mean that I cannot file divorce. I can file divorce case against wife on the grounds like ctuelty or any other as per yr case. For any legal help call me
