Wife not letting husband to meet their child how to meet him legally
28-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My brothers wife walked out of the house without informing him with their child, they had completed 10 yrs of marriage and now she is not letting him meet the son she is after him that till he doesn't agree to a separation she will not let him meet the child he doesnt want to divorce her, but how can he meet his son. what can we do in such situation
Depending on the age of his son your brother can apply to the court for custody of his son or visiting rights to meet his son. Except in exceptional circumstances as your brother is a biological father and natural guardian of his son there will be no problem for him in getting custody / visiting rights by a court order.

Dear client your brother can file case for custody of child with visitation rights. If he donot want divorce then he can file case for restitution of conjugal right under sec 9 of hindu marriage act and ask wife to come back to matrimonial home with child. For any legal help call me
