Merit patni do din ke liye apne ghar gai thi. Par jab me do din bad use lene gaya to usne mana kar diya. Use ab gaye huwe 4 mahine ho gaye hai. Me talak ke liye kab apply kar sakta hu. Abhi ya fir uske jane ke time se 6 mahine ke bad. Kripa sahi rai de Religion hindu
Kabhi bhi kar sakte ho kyunki particular har case ke facts ke according hi case ki limitation hoti he,ap case me konse grounds lete he ye us pe depend karta he.iske liye hindu marriage act ke section13 ko read kare.thanks
