You need to file section 9 petition of HMA and also contest the case file by your wife. You can move an application for meeting with your daughter or you can file a case for custody for your daughter and court can consider your application
Dear sir,
Considering the facts of your case, you can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.
Please contact a local advocate who would be able to assist you in filing your case and bring justice.

Hello,
For the query you posted, I would suggest the following:
You can contest the case which has been instituted by your wife for maintenance, where as side by side you may file a case for restitution of conjugal rights to get her and your child back and live with them.
I hope that answers your query.

Hi, you are suggested to engage a welfare minded counsel/advocate, appear in court and full details of the case. You may also file child visitation application, child custody cases, restitution of conjugal rights etc. and call your wife to stay with you.
File a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and also visitation rights of your kid as an interim application at your nearest family court falling under the jusridiction where you reside. You would surely get to see your kid.
