Wife left house how can I proceed

i have got married 3 years before in 2013. In last one year, there is continuous dispute with my wife. Her mother ask her to dispute with me and she create havoc in house. Now she is staying with her family since April 01, 2016. In between, she carried all her clothes with her. Thereafter, she sms me to return all the jewellery which she had brought in her marriage including my chain and ring which her father has given. She has tooked all her jewellery. Yesterday she came and she started claiming that all the goods in the house belongs to her and she forcibly tooked all the goods like refriger

Dear client file complaint against wife in women cell of police. Also u can file divorce case on the ground of cruelty against her in court. But she may file domestic violence case and 498 a complaint against u. For any legal help call me

You may issue legal notice for restitution if you wish to cohabit with her. You may also submit a written application along with the copy of said legal notice and raise all your grievances.it is always better that instead of u initiate , u b better be on defensive side.

You can take divorce from her by mutual consent and by filing case of cruelty against her and incase if you wish to stay with her and you wish to carry your matrimonial life peacefully than in that case we have to file petition seeking restitution of conjugal rights and you can call me if you require more information on Nine Eight Two Zero Nine Five Nine Six Five Eight

by the conduct of your wife as stated by you it seems that she is not ready to cohabit with you in a marital obligation.
so in this case if you want to restore your marital life, then you have to intimate her with a legal notice.
if you want to get separated then it is advisable that you should proceed before the family court.
