Wife left home and not willing to come back what action can I take

Hello, I got married in the month of January 2016, it was an arrange marriage, my wife did not try to get mix up and had never try to share her thoughts or feelings with me. After 2 months in March she went to her home for Holi Festival and for her exams it's already 2 month passed. She never tried to come back and tried to talk or to ask to bring her back. Her parents also not trying to get it resolve. Today I got a call from postman for any letter from her native place but it was return as nobody available at home to receive. Please advice what need to be done now. Thanks
Dear client u have to send legal notice through lawyer and have to ask her to come back to matrimonial home. If she will not act per notice then u have to file case for restitution of conjugal rights in court under sec 9 of Hindu marriage case. For any legal help call me

You may send a notice first and then after file a petition for conjugal rights if she will be ready to come and join your company then it's ok either later the petition will be converted into divorce and you you will get justice and relief from her. But sending a notice is must.

Thats very painful situation for you, however be firm and try to get back her by involving elders of the family. In case if you dont get any response make your mind sure as to what you want. whether you want to continue this marriage or you want to separate from her.

She did not make efforts to come back but nobody obstructed you to call her back . If u cannot then send a notice through the advocate asking her the reason for avoiding to come back. It shows that u are also not willing to stay with her. It is possible that she really must not be there. You coul sen message on ur mobile to her. Gone are the days that people are depending on letters sent be post. It is u to decide what u want.
