Wife left home after 4 days of marriage what can I do

Hi i married 2014 march, my wife stays with me only 4 days after she went to his father home, i went 5 times to talk but there is no response from my wife side so i applied case on him, in court they arrange counselling also but she won't come to counselling. she told i am not interest to live with you like that. but now she is asking money to me. it how it is possible... then why should i want to pay for him please tell me one good solution for me.. i am waiting for your reply.....now also if she comes i am ready to live him but she and his father is asking only amt.

Now that you have already filed a petition,however it is not clear what petition you have filed, whether it is Restitution of conjugal rights or for divorce. If she has only lived for 4 days it is not husband and wife relationship. If your father in law and u r wife are interested only in money don't agree to their demands, impress upon court that u want divorce as she has not performed her duties as your wife, this amounts to cruelty, you should go for divorce. If u want her back hopefully she does not repeat the same mistake, you should take a good decision whether to live with her or go for divorce.
