Mere brother ki marriage 2004 main hui thi.Or meri bhabhi one year bhi saath main nahi rahi. Chod Kar chali gai.. Phir naa hi kisi taraha ka koi contact raha. Aab hum apne bhaiya ki re-marriage karna chathe hain. Please suggest us right guidance about this Matter when we don't know where is she and what she married or not
Desertion is a valid ground for claiming divorce and you have mentioned 2004, which means a period of over 13 years. You can file a divorce petition on this ground it self. Why haven't you and your family taken any steps in all these years.
