Wife is threatening to commit suicide and file DV case

I am Hindu and my wife is torturing me. she gives dhamki that she will suicide and can get the whole family to jail. because she wants to go her parents house and not interested to live with me .when I asks for divorce she is not ready to give. She said that she can file a dowry case against him. Can i get divorce from her on these grounds?

If she threatening to commit suecide , kindly make complaint to police station mention them she tried to commit suecide , make record of this also intimate them the possibility of the same.. So that you will be safe in case of mishaps..
