Wife is not ready to give divorce - What can be done?

i am married person but i am in love with some other girl and want to marry her but my wife is not ready to give divorce.. she filed twice police case against me and now parents comes and harass me to keep relation with wife and leave that girl. which is not possible.. please help me in this regards
u have file divorce case before family court. and contesting the matter. otherwise in case u r solemnisation any 2nd marriage is illegal without 1st marriage is not dissolved as per Hindu Marriage Act.

Defeat the police case on merit. Do u have kids out of this wedlock if no then u can get divorce. For that u need to file divorce case on strong ground.
