You can file for divorce on ground of desertion because the mandatory 2 years period is already over since she is not living with you from last 3 years and if she is also ready to give divorce you can file divorce mutually u/s 13 b.

I would like to inform you that it will be very difficult for husband with respect to divorce with his wife because husband have very limited grounds but you can file a case against his wife for conjugal right then if she will not show her interest to return your home then it will automatically convert into divorce. As per the law when you will move fore divorce then she will file cruelty case against you and your entire family members and unnecessary your family will be harassed, ergo you should opt for a petition of conjugal right thenafter, you should prefer divorce petition. Divorce is not the final resort if your wife is not staying with you then try to know the reasons for the same send some responsible persons to find the reasons and go for amicable settlement if it works the its ok or eles divorce is always the last resort
