Wife is mentally harassing can I take divorce

I want to divorce my wife. she use to harass me unnecessarily, Abusive words, refusing to prepare food, not allow to stay parents indirectly and so on. I have three children. I have a suicide note letter dated 10-11-1998 written by her, original copy has been destroyed by her but having zerox copy. Hope you could guide me or do let me know through email only that what can be done?

please file Divorce petition in the Family court.

Also you will have to decide about the custody of the three children.

You can take all the above mentioned grounds in your query as these amounts to cruelty to you.

Family court will surely grant you Divorce on the basis of these grounds of cruelty.

Respected sir, you can surely file divorce case under the ground of mental torture & cruelty.
Even the High Court granted divorce to an assistant film producer, accepting his contention that he had been subjected to mental cruelty by his wife.

Yes you can File Petition for Divorce on the Ground of Cruelty. My Experience with Family Court is that if there is No Children or No Child Custody issue , both parties finally entered into settlement and go for divorce by mutual consent.
