Wife is harassing em and parents and she is not ready to give divorce

I have marrige in may 2012, wife is not staying with me & my home since last 2.5 year, I have also no any child, I love any other girl, wife always doubt about this, so our marriage life was not Happy, I married with her to agreed both family members, I didn't like my wife behavior, she was only Interested in my money, he had fullfil any work like house wife or daughter in law with my family, she always blackmailing me to give money to her parents. I am kind hearted person. I have already give 50000 rupee to her Mon previous marriage for marriage expence. So she always want to spend our monthly income to her family, when I denied to do this , she left home and blaming me that he has other wife, and spend all money for other wife, so finally i decided it get divorces with her, but she is not agree to divorce and her family also support her. So please assist me how to divorce with her??

In this types of case It will be very difficult to split with his wife unless and until you provide the solid reason for separation. As per the Hindu Marriage Act, it will be difficult for husband to split his life in easy manner because you have limited ground for divorce. I will suggest you before moving for divorce, you should collect substantial proof against his wife of torture and demanding of money and also gather evidence that at the outset of marriage you have not any co-habitation relation with your wife. Don't file a petition of Divorce in hefty unless and until you collect some proof otherwise when you will file divorce petition then she will file Cruelty case against you and your entire family members and torture your entire family, ergo make a substantial proof against her wife then file divorce case.. Divorce is the last resort to be availed when there is irreparable damage that has been caused to the relationship between the husband and the wife therefore think twice before taking such decesion and if the relationship can be restored thats the best

You can file for divorce under the grounds of cruelty as well as desertion because the mandatory period of 2 years is also over and court will admit your case and at the same time you should file an informatory application also that she is threatening you that she will file case against you and your family.
