Wife is chronic depression patient can i get divorce on this ground

In 9 years of my marriage from day first i find that my wife is depression patient and my in-laws cheated me,first 2-3 years she stay 4-6 months parents house 2-3 months at my house.as my first child is going to school she stay.but she start daily fight with mother and other family member,if i ask to her parents they threaten me ask file dowry case against me and my all family members.in between time she try to suicide first time and run from home but on legal action taken against me, they came and compromise,but they threaten me and insulting me every time,know recently she again try to attempt suicide,she take over dose of her depression pills, I take her to hospital, hospital file police complaint but her brother file police complaint against me of domestic violence and force to suicide,they say we settle our daughter house other side they threaten me. she write in her statement that she is depression patient and by mistake she do that, i have 2 daughters, can i get divorce on these grounds
